ZionYEE Cambrian Rock Gray Car Wrap Film 5×50ft
ZionYEE Cambrian Rock Gray Car Wrap Film 5×50ft
Cambrian Rock Gray is a fine-grained stone gray from ZionYEE's Textured range — closer to weathered slate or wet river stone than to a smooth painted gray. It is a colour-change vinyl film supplied as one 5 ft × 50 ft roll for drivers who want a surface with visible grain rather than a flat colour.
- Mid-dark stone gray with a fine mineral grain you notice before you notice the colour
- Acrylic-based air-release adhesive, repositionable during fitting; dry application
- One roll, 5 ft × 50 ft (250 sq ft gross) — enough material to plan a full colour change; usable coverage depends on your cut plan
FAQ
Is the texture glossy or flat?
Flat. It is a matte textured surface — reflections are diffused and broken up rather than mirrored.
Can I see the grain in photographs?
Only partially. A screen tends to flatten a stone texture, which is why the photographs here are labelled illustrative. Expect the real grain to be more obvious.
Can I wax or polish it?
No. Polish, wax and gloss enhancers permanently alter a matte textured surface. Use pH-neutral shampoo only.
What happens if I stretch it too much?
The grain flattens where the film is pulled hard, leaving a smoother patch that will not match the surrounding panels. That cannot be corrected afterwards.
Will one roll wrap my whole car?
Depends on the vehicle. 250 sq ft of material is not 250 sq ft of installed coverage — measure your panels before assuming one roll is enough.

Finish and appearance
Textured, matteThe grain diffuses light instead of reflecting it, so the film behaves very differently from a gloss gray. There are no sharp highlights, the colour stays even as a panel curves away, and reflections of the sky or nearby cars are broken up rather than mirrored. Low, angled sunlight is where the texture is most visible; under flat overcast light the surface looks more uniform; under artificial light at night it settles into a plain dark gray.
A specific and honest note for this listing: the product photography here is illustrative. A textured stone surface is exactly the kind of finish a screen flattens — the grain reads very differently in person than it does in a photograph. Confirm the colour and the feel of the grain on the delivered roll before you open it further or cut.
Appearance varies with lighting, viewing angle, panel shape and display.

Plan your material
This roll measures 5 ft × 50 ft (250 sq ft gross area). It does not guarantee coverage for a particular vehicle.
- Measure panels individually, including edges and curves.
- Check cut direction and seams against the 5 ft width.
- Allow for alignment and recuts; confirm the plan with your installer before cutting.
Installation and care
The air-release adhesive helps trapped air move toward an open edge. The film can be lifted and repositioned during installation. Apply as directed in the instructions supplied for this film.
Wait 24–48 hours before the first wash. Hand wash with pH-neutral car shampoo and avoid abrasive or automatic brush washes. For removal, use heat-assisted removal as directed for this film; paint condition and installation time can affect results. Test a small area first.
