Is this a navy or a bright blue?
Neither. It is a saturated mid-blue — brighter and more open than navy, much denser than a pastel or sky blue.
Does it contain metallic flake?

Is it glossy?

Crystal GlossBecause the base is saturated, the gloss layer reads as a deep wet gloss rather than as a bright shine, and the colour holds even where a panel curves away from you. Direct sun makes it vivid and lifts the highlights; under overcast light it settles into a deeper, more serious blue; at night it darkens considerably and reflects nearby lighting strongly, so what you see at the kerb is largely the light source rather than the pigment.
Saturated blues are routinely rendered brighter and more violet on a display than they are in reality. Expect the delivered film to sit a little deeper and cleaner than the gallery, and confirm it in daylight before cutting.
