No — it is a warm off-white. It has a faint creamy bias, which is what stops it from looking flat or unfinished.

Will it show dirt and swirl marks?

Finish and appearance
Crystal GlossThe high-gloss surface is what makes this read as a finish rather than as raw material, and it throws sharp, defined highlights along every body crease. Be aware of what white gloss does: it exaggerates. Panel reflections are strong, and dust, water spots, road film, swirl marks and any wave or filler in the panel underneath are all more visible than they would be on a mid-tone colour. On a bright, sunny day you will read a lot of sky and surroundings in the paint rather than the white itself.
Near-white is the hardest colour for any screen to render honestly, because the smallest colour tint in the display shows up immediately in a near-white field. Expect the actual film to look cleaner and less tinted than the gallery, and confirm the roll in daylight before cutting.
